Shipping conditions


thespirituals ships within Germany and the EU (with the exception of Greenland, Faroe Islands, Aland Islands, French overseas territories, Dutch overseas territories, Livigno, Vatican, San Marino, Azores, Madeira, Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife).

We ship with DHL. The calculated shipping costs consist of other costs that arise in connection with shipping. As soon as the customer provides his email address, he agrees that his email address may be passed on to DHL in order to enable tracking of the order and to notify the customer as soon as the package is at the storage location.

Orders within Germany usually take 2-4 working days after dispatch. For orders over €200, delivery is free of charge (within Germany).

There are no shipping costs for services/digital content (video consultations or general services that take place virtually).

We put a lot of love into the selection and packaging of our stones. We want you to be completely satisfied with your stones and of course that they arrive undamaged. That's why we take the necessary time for shipping. We need an average of 1-3 working days from your order to delivery. In addition, there is the delivery time with DHL (usually 2-4 working days within Germany and up to a week in the EU).

If the customer cannot/does not want to accept the package or collect it from the post office and the goods have been returned to the sender, the package will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If the package is returned by the customer due to exercising his right of withdrawal, we ask that the sender address be labeled so that we can allocate the return.

No credit or refund will be granted by thespirituals for products (including digital products) ordered in error by the customer or if the goods are stored or handled incorrectly by the customer.

Minerals, crystals, gemstones and healing stones are natural minerals and can therefore of course show deviations such as small cracks due to the respective processing. This is almost unavoidable and therefore not a defect and therefore not a reason for a complaint or return.

In the event of an error or error in processing your order on our site, for example an incorrect product being sent, it will be re-sent.
